The Lutheran Women's Missionary League, usually called LWML, was started in 1942. Its colors are purple and gold and its Mission Statement is: As Lutheran Women in Mission, we joyfully proclaim Christ, support missions and equip women to honor God by serving others.
LWML collects mites regularly, and collectively we are able to help people around the world.
We strongly encourage Bible Study and devotions.
Our members meet with other LWML members across Texas and around the nation at rallies, conventions, prayer services and retreats.
Currently we are hand making Christmas ornaments for sale, with all proceeds going to Mites.
